At Seven Saints, we know that sometimes as a woman, it can be tough ordering online. With that said, we try our best to make this the most positive experience for you. We understand that returning items that don't work out will happen, so we want to make sure our return policy is as easy to follow as possible.
When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.
- Please email us at email@example.com so we can assist you with your return.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your delivery.
- Customer is responsible for any shipping costs for return and we ask that you insure the package with tracking information. We will not be responsible for the cost of any lost packages.
- We do not offer refunds. Returns will be for exchange or store credit only. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store credit never expires.
- Merchandise MUST be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all applicable tags still attached.
- All clearance (What's Your Deal) items are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping back to us.
- Price adjustments will be honoured within 7 days of purchase with store credit in the amount of the price difference. *Excludes: flash sales & special promotions ie. gift with purchase.
